 When working with Sellers, I first work with the Seller to determine the time frame in which they need to sell their home and then develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that will attract a Buyer during this time frame. One of the critical parts of this strategy is properly pricing the home. I provide the most comprehensive market analysis available that shows the overall market conditions in the area, recent comparable home sales and comparable homes currently for sale (which I personally tour). In addition, I work with a professional stager to make changes to the home that will help the home sell at a higher price and more quickly. Finally, once an offer is received, I manage all the paperwork and deadlines to ensure a stress free closing.
