By providing superior service to my clients I strive to achieve a life long real estate relationship with my clients. I will not provide advice or make decisions based upon a short term relationship philosophy. Your experience and satisfaction as the client are of utmost importance to me.

One of the keys to establishing this life-long relationship is the development of trust with my clients. As I work with clients in an agency relationship, clients need to have full faith and confidence that the advice I provide, especially with pricing, is trustworthy. I work to establish trust by providing thorough analysis and standing by what I tell my clients.

To ensure I am providing the highest level of service, I survey all clients who close a real estate transaction utilizing my services. These surveys are anonymous to allow frank responses by clients. The results of these surveys for the past two years are included with this packet.

To hold myself accountable to you at all times during your real estate transaction, I provide a Buyer Service Guarantee or Seller Services Guarantee. At the time I sign the representation agreement with you I also sign a written Services Guarantee. The Services Guarantee states that if I do not perform the services I have outlined in helping you sell or purchase a home to your satisfaction, you are entitled to terminate the exclusive agency contract at any time. In Colorado, the state approved representation contracts do not allow for buyers and sellers to fire their representative during the term of the representation agreement. Very few real estate professionals are willing to offer a service guarantee that lets you terminate the representation agreement at any time!!
